5.5 Payment providers act only as payment processors and have no role in determining the outcome of any Draw.
6. Free Entry Route
6.1 A free entry route is available via the Website for the full duration of each entry window.
6.2 The free entry route is intended to be clearly available and accessible on equal terms throughout the relevant entry period, limited only to identity verification and prevention of misuse.

9. Prizes
9.1 Prizes for each Draw are described on the Website.
9.2 Prize totals may scale with participation in accordance with the prize structure published on the Website for the relevant Draw.
9.3 The applicable prize structure, including any scaling mechanism, will be published before the Closing Time and will be final for that Draw once the Closing Time has passed.
9.4 Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Entries received for the relevant Draw and are capped at 250-1.
9.5 Prizes may be substituted with items of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary due to availability, supply issues or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
9.6 Prizes are non-transferable and a cash alternative is only offered on a discretionary basis.
9.7 Number of winners will correspond to the prize structure published for that Draw

12.2 If an irregularity is identified that could reasonably affect fairness, integrity or the outcome of the Draw, the Draw may be suspended, declared void or re-run.
12.3 The Promoter’s verified internal record of the Draw result takes precedence over any incorrect, incomplete or delayed publication.
12.4 The Promoter shall not be liable for failure to accept or process Entries where such failure results from platform outages, system interruptions, payment failures, internet disruption or events beyond its reasonable control.
13. Winners and Claims
13.1 Winners are contacted using their registered account details.
13.2 Winners must complete any required eligibility, identity and verification checks before a Prize is awarded.
